Warranty

Strap&Go has a five year warranty against manufacturing defect by www.just-ride-it-accessories.com. We will at our discretion replace the item with a new one or refund the full purchase price.

All other products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please follow the manufacturer's installation instructions to avoid denial of warranty claims. Should you receive a defective item please return it to the manufacturer for warranty claim.

Warranty claims for Strap&Go must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a note describing the claim. Failure to obtain a RA# prior to shipping will result in the package being refused.

All sales are final.
